You are solely responsible for the content, creatives, landing pages, and campaigns you run.
- Account Access & Security
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and access information.
Peakzync will not be held liable for unauthorized access caused by client negligence, device compromise, or credential sharing.
- Payments & Fees
All payments made to Peakzync are subject to the agreed pricing and service terms.
Please note:
- Setup fees
- Service fees
- Rental fees
- Operational charges
are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Remaining recoverable ad balance may qualify for transfer or refund according to our Refund Policy.
- Ad Account Suspension
Advertising platforms such as Meta may restrict, disable, or suspend accounts at their own discretion.
While Peakzync assists clients with recovery and replacement support, we do not guarantee uninterrupted account availability.
Clients remain responsible for complying with platform advertising policies.
- Balance Recovery & Transfer
If an ad account becomes disabled or restricted, Peakzync may assist in recovering remaining balances and transferring recoverable funds to a replacement account.
Recovery timelines may vary depending on platform review systems.
- Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, graphics, text, and materials belonging to Peakzync are protected under intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited without written permission.
- Limitation of Liability
Peakzync shall not be liable for:
- Ad account bans or restrictions
- Advertising losses
- Campaign performance issues
- Platform-related decisions
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Business interruption or loss of profits
