Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Peakzync, we focus on providing reliable advertising solutions with transparent support and secure balance handling for our clients.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase only if the ad account has not been delivered, activated, or accessed.

Once the account is delivered or activated, cancellation requests will no longer be applicable.

  1. Service Fees

Please note that setup fees, base fees, rental charges, and service fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, as these cover account sourcing, setup, operational, and support costs.

  1. Ad Balance Protection

Client advertising funds are our priority.

Even if an ad account becomes disabled, restricted, suspended, or banned, we assist clients with balance recovery and replacement support.

✅ Remaining ad balance is protected and can be transferred to a new replacement ad account after successful recovery.

In most cases, recovered balance transfers are completed within 24–48 hours.

  1. Refund of Remaining Balance

If a client decides not to continue advertising after balance recovery, they may request withdrawal of the remaining recoverable ad balance.

Approved balance refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method or agreed payout method.

Please note:

  • Base fees and service charges remain non-refundable.
  • Only the recoverable remaining ad balance may qualify for refund or transfer.
  1. Policy Violations & Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their ads, creatives, landing pages, and business activities comply with advertising platform policies.

Peakzync is not responsible for account restrictions caused by:

  • Prohibited content
  • Misleading claims
  • Repeated policy violations
  • Fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Unsafe business practices

However, whenever possible, we still assist clients with balance recovery and transfer support.

Recovery, transfer, replacement, and refund timelines may vary depending on platform review systems and external processing delays.
